  • Crafting and finalizing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and corresponding Scopes of Work (SOWs) for services in engineering, construction, large-scale transportation, and raw materials procurement, among others.

  • Creating Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs) for prospective business engagements, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, research and development collaborations, procurement and supply agreements, and real estate transactions, all involving confidential business information.
